| Use NAME_MAX instead of MAXNAMLEN

| NAME_MAX is POSIX, and available in all C libraries, generally in
| <limits.h>, while MAXNAMLEN is BSD-specific, and only available in
| musl in <sys/param.h>. So let's use NAME_MAX instead of MAXNAMLEN.
